Apeframe 2099

Ten machines. One city championship.

Rev JMoney presents a pixel-art mech fighter for Android. Choose your pilot, step into a machine, and fight your way onto WJMS NEWS.

Steel-built robots face armored primate mechs in an arcade showdown backed by smooth hip-hop inspired chip music. Find your spacing, block the incoming hit, and turn an opening into a signature attack.

Choose your machine

All ten fighters are included, each with different speed, health, and attack profiles:

The robots: BYTE, FOUNDRY, RAZOR, FLUX, and BASTION.

The primates: SPIDER MONKEY, GORILLA, CHIMPANZEE, MANDRILL, and ORANGUTAN.

Pick your favorite, learn its moves, and take on the rest of the roster.

Earn the championship

Fight through a nine-opponent single-player Arcade ladder across five arenas:

  • The Scrapyard
  • Skyline
  • Reactor Hall
  • Red Canyon
  • Assembly Bay

Work toward your pilot’s ending, build your records, and resume your Arcade run at the current opponent between matches.

Learn your moves

Practice mode includes five guided lessons to help you learn the controls. Pull up the move list during a match, work on your timing, and get comfortable before entering Arcade.

Touch controls let you move, jump, crouch, punch, kick, and block. Adjust the control layout to suit your hands. Leaving the app automatically pauses the action.

Make the news

Your fights become the story on WJMS NEWS, with combat replays, match headlines, and a female announcer with a little arcade echo.

Hip-hop inspired chip music and mechanical sound effects set the mood. Separate music, effects, and voice controls let you set your own mix.

Installation and updates

Download the APK after purchase and open it from your Android Files app. If prompted, allow that app to install the game.

All game content is included. No additional game files or account are required.

Install future updates over your existing installation to retain progress. Uninstalling or clearing app storage removes saved data. Arcade saves your current opponent between matches, rather than an unfinished round.
